AVSMedia Releases AVS Video Converter major
upgrade version 4.1.
Now AVS
Video Converter introduces innovations, which are to
allow creating video content for mobile devices, such as PSP, PDA, mobile
phones, smartphones.
Online Media Technologies Ltd. releases
AVS Video Converter version 4.1, a major upgrade to its top-market
product for home-video processing, such as video capturing, converting between
a variety of video formats, basic editing, DVD authoring and burning.
Version 4.1 provides extended support for Mobile Video formats. Now
AVS Video Converter users can decode and encode video of any supported
formats to 3GPP/3GP2, MP4, PSP-compatible video for further viewing on cell
phones, Sony Playstation Portable devices, PDAs and other mobile devices.
AVS Video Converter 4.1
also allows applying audio effects and filters, such as Amplify, Compressor,
Chorus, Flanger, Low and High pass filters and many others. The Edit mode
interface has also been renovated for more convenience of use. The new employed
timeline allows easier navigation through the video files and more precise
editing.
Several new features have also been introduced for improved DVD authoring.
AVS Video Converter 4.1 now supports multi-layer DVD menus and
introduces a remote control emulator to preview the DVD menu navigation.
Version 4.1 of the AVS Video
Converter introduces a new utility for capturing, which was separated
in order not to overload the main
AVS Video Converter interface. This stand-alone new utility provides
advanced functionality, customizable capture settings and allows real-time
high-resolution capturing to MPEG4 (AVI XviD), which sufficiently reduces the
used HDD space.
System requirements
AVS Video Converter will
run under Windows 2000/XP/2003. It requires 128MB of RAM, CPU at least 1000 MHz
and Minimum 40 MB of free hard disk space is needed for installation, minimum
300 Mb for proper working. Administrative tools are required for installation.
