In this chapter we will explain you how to add cute pink borders to the video with a little kitten. For that we will use the Border effect. The Border effect lets you put a border around your image. It's also possible to specify the type, width and color of the border

First, it's necessary to start the AVS Video Converter and open our input file. After that click the Edit button to open Edit Input File(s) window.
1. To apply the image effect at the effects toolbar click the Add button. After that select Draw->Border
2. Click the Type drop-down combo box to select the type of border. We'll try to Smooth All which means that the borders will be applied around picture's perimeter and the borders will have smooth edges.
3. Now it's time to set the border size. It looks like 20 will be enough.
4. Find out the opportunity to select the border color. To set it click on Color button:
In the opened window you can select one of the fixed colors at the Fixed Colors tab or find out the additional colors at the Model tab. After the desired color is selected, click OK.
5. After all do not forget to set the fade-in and fade-out areas. Click the Start Preview button and enjoy your movie!
