The video gets a bit pixelized and mosaic when you shoot fast moving objects or move your camera too quickly. It's a nice idea to get rid of mosaic in the picture before you convert your video to any format.
Here we've got the input video that is way too mosaic. The AVS Video Converter user will not meet any difficulties improving it. First, it's necessary to start the AVS Video Converter and open our input file. After that click the Edit button to open Edit Input File(s) window.

To restore this video we would suggest to use the Blur effect which reduces contrast between adjacent pixels by lightening pixels next to well-defined edges and shadows, visually smoothing and softening the image. To add it you should go through two easy steps:
1. At the effects toolbar click the Add button. Then select Effect -> Blur

2. After that enter the level of blurring (in percentage). In our example we've tried 70% blurring level,

and here it goes:

Now please see the difference between the input and output picture: the result looks much softer, we removed the pixelization and mosaic.
